The Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms - on the trail at DuPont

The Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms -  Laetiporus sulphureus
- are very easy to spot because of its impressive size and vibrant yellow-orange colors with multi-layered appearance. They're edible, and considered a delicacy in some parts of the world - many think they taste like chicken.
These mushrooms are also known as the chicken mushroom, the chicken fungus.

Three day later I was in DuPont with two my friends,
I wanted to show them this beautiful mushroom tree.
The tree was broken and most of the mushrooms were gone.
What a shame!
